MEMBERSHIP

Thank you for your interest in the North Texas Industry Liaison Group (NTILG).   This organization is comprised of a group of employers who work cooperatively to share information to assist federal contractors and subcontractors achieve compliance with affirmative action and EEO regulations.  Bi-monthly meetings are held and programs are delivered by well-known experts in the field of affirmative action as well as by representatives from agencies such as Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP) and Office of Federal Contracts and Compliance Programs (OFCCP).

The primary purpose of the NTILG is to:

  • Promote the exchange of best practices, experiences, and ideas as they relate to compliance with affirmative action guidelines.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with representatives of the Department of Labor, EEOC, and other regulatory agencies of the government.
  • Provide a voice for industry by addressing issues of concern pertaining to affirmative action and compliance requirements.
  • Provide a networking opportunity for human resource and legal professionals.

Non-members may attend meetings for a $25 fee to be collected at the meeting.

To become a North Texas ILG member:

Individual annual memberships are available at a cost of $50 per individual.
An annual Company membership is also available for a cost of $100 which includes up to 4 individuals.

Payments can also be accepted at meetings by credit card, check or cash.  We highly encourage that you consider paying in advance of the meeting to help expedite the process.  If you plan to make payment on the day of the meeting then please plan on arriving early, e.g., 30 minutes early, to allow sufficient time.
