NTILG is now meeting monthly, on the third Thursday of each month from 1:00pm – 2:15pm Central. Meetings will be conducted virtually. Our next regularly scheduled meeting will be held June 18 from 1:00pm – 2:15pm CST.

Cara Y. Crotty practices employment litigation and affirmative action. Cara’s affirmative action practice includes advising clients on all aspects of affirmative action compliance, plan development, and preparing for and representing contractors during compliance reviews. She became Leader of the firm’s Affirmative Action Practice Area in 2003. In her litigation practice, Cara represents clients in all varieties of employment-related lawsuits and provides general and preventative advice to companies. Cara is counsel to the National Industry Liaison Group and routinely speaks to employer organizations and human resource professionals on affirmative action and employment law issues.
